My name is Ciara! I’m a second generation tattooer and have been tattooing since 2019. I completed my apprenticeship at Tattoo Evolution with Tom Karlsten.

I strive to give my clients a welcoming experience, where they can feel comfortable and be themselves. My artwork is adapted to every client’s individual style and requests. I especially enjoy doing American traditional, ear tattoos, and anything with a bit of sparkle.

Hello, my name is Tom. With over 30 years of experience in the tattoo industry and 28 years as the owner of Tattoo Evolution in Everett, Washington, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring many talented tattoo artists, earning the affectionate titles of tattoo dad and grandpa. In October 2023, I decided to close Tattoo Evolution and embark on a new journey with Highmark Tattoo. I am thrilled to join a team of exceptionally skilled artists and feel honored and humbled by the opportunity. My expertise lies in black and gray tattoos, but I also excel in color work and strive to remain versatile across various styles to keep my art fresh and dynamic.
